冷卻塔底盆的水通過水泵輸送到冷水機的冷凝器對冷凝器進行降溫,再流回冷卻塔內噴淋而下時通過冷卻塔頂上的風扇對水進行了降溫后流回冷卻塔底盆,就這樣周而復始的運行。冷凝器散熱同時里面的冷媒液化,再流入蒸發器進行蒸發,而蒸發時要吸收熱量,從而就對蒸發器里的硫酸(槽液)進行了降溫,降溫后的硫酸通過水泵輸送到電鍍(氧化)槽,就這樣一個循環過程。
